Our Custom Design Process includes:

• Consultation: Together we will discuss your vision in detail - What type of jewelry piece do you desire? What precious metal and gems do you envision? Would you like it to be simple, sophisticated, or the center of attention whenever you wear it?
  
• Design: After we have a clear understanding of your vision and wishes, we will begin the design process. A rendering of the piece will be created to ensure all details are correct, with any necessary adjustments made to gain your complete satisfaction. 
  
• Production: Once you’ve approved the design, we will begin production. This step will depend on the piece and materials you’ve specified. Often it involves waxing, casting and milling.

The General Warranty from our designers and manufacturers is one year. However, because of our profound confidence in our products and our total commitment to exceptional customer service, we extend a Good Faith Warranty well beyond one year.

Our Good Faith Warranty consists of a three-year warranty on all watches and jewelry. But, should anything happen to an item that we know in Good Faith should not have happened, we will stand behind it – regardless of how long you’ve owned it.

As both jewelry professionals and consumers ourselves, we know that a Good Faith Warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Nonetheless, Kubes has rewarded customers by honoring it for over 80 years.
